I’ve paid for my order/filled up the Order form, when will I receive my package?All orders are processed Monday- Friday, excluding Philippine holidays.For Philippine orders: Metro Manila packages will be received 1-3 business days after payment and Provincial packages will be received 2-4 business days after payment.For International Orders: Packages should be received within 7-15 business days thru premium registered mail.Should your shipment be delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

It’s been past the expected number of days for delivery and I should have received my package already. What should I do?
Please contact our courier, Fastrack for MM packages give them your tracking number. They should update and contact you as to where your package is. For Provincial (Outside Metro Manila) and International Orders, you can contact Xend thru their Contact Us page and ask for an update of your package.

What are your available modes of payment?
We accept payments through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Banco de Oro (BDO). Bank payment can be done thru Over the counter deposit, web transfers or mobile banking transfers.How much is the shipping fee?Please check out the Shipping Rates page.

Do you accept resellers?
